How long does the application process take?
Applying is fast and straightforward. No matter how you apply, completing the application takes about 30 minutes. We offer both online applications and in-person applications in our offices. With easy-to-use auto-fill forms, you can fill out our online application on your phone or laptop.
What’s involved in the background check process?
Typically, our background check covers the last seven years. Some specific employers may rule candidates out based on background information on part-time job ring practices.
Do CSI offer part-time jobs?

Do CSI offer felon-friendly jobs?

If I start in a temporary or short-term position, are there opportunities to be promoted to full-time, long-term positions before my 90-day trial period ends?
Yes! Many of our employees receive full-time offers within their trial period. If your employer sees your work ethic, mentality, and high-value contributions to their organization, they may hire you more quickly.
Can you guarantee that the company I work for in a temporary or short-term capacity will hire me full-time?
It depends and is ultimately up to you. Unless otherwise specified, the jobs we match candidates with are temp-to-hire positions with a 90-day trial period. During this trial period, you and the employer evaluate one another to see if a full-time hire is a good fit. If you show up on time, put in hard work, and make yourself an asset to the team, you’ll increase your chances of the company offering you a long-term position.
Do CSI provide medical or dental insurance benefits?
Yes! We offer medical, dental, vision, term life, and short-term disability insurance. Our plans are customizable, with an array of options for individual or dependent coverage.
How frequently will I get paid?
At CSI, you will receive weekly direct deposits.
What are my options for getting paid if I don't have a bank account?
CSI offer a Rapid Pay Card. Your paychecks are deposited directly onto the card, where you can access the money by simply paying with your card at any store.
Will I receive holiday pay through CSI?
It depends on the policy of the employer you work for. CSI honor the policies of each client.
Can CSI help me craft my resume? Are resumes required?
Yes, our skilled staff of recruiters and HR specialists are experienced in building resumes and will be glad to help with yours. Depending on the employer you are matched with, you may not be required to submit a resume; most of our positions do not need a resume. Of course, a strong resume is a valuable tool when applying to jobs, so we encourage candidates to build theirs.
Do CSI offer felon-friendly jobs?

Do CSI provide forklift certification?
In some cases. Depending on the location, at the end of our off-site forklift course, certifications are available to those with passing grades.
